At Istaura customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in creating and delivering our handcrafted garments. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
📌 Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
Product received is damaged
Product received is defective
Product received is incorrect (wrong product or wrong size sent)
You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
To initiate a return:
Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
Tags and original packaging must be intact
Unboxing video is mandatory for verification
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Customized or altered products
Hand-painted or made-to-order garments
Products bought during sale or discount offers
Minor color variations due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution
Handcrafted products may have slight irregularities, which are part of their uniqueness and not considered defects.
🔁 Exchange Option
Size exchange is allowed once, subject to availability
Customer bears the return shipping cost
Exchange product will be shipped after inspection
💰 Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Please note:
Shipping charges are non-refundable
Refunds will not be issued for reasons such as change of mind or size issues chosen incorrectly by the customer
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and couriering the product to the return address provided by our support team.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.
