Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before shipment, whichever is earlier.

Once the order is shipped or processing has begun, cancellation will not be possible.

For cancellation requests, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order ID.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
